2025 Season Dates Set!
This year we are going to offer three different workshop options: wreaths, gnomes, and porch pots. We are also organizing the season into two segments . . . the first segment of the season we will offer Wreath and Gnome workshops, and then the second segment of the season we will offer Porch Pots.
We are always looking for ways to improve and and we believe this will help us streamline the behind the scene set up. If you are interested in reserving a date for your group, just email us at kingpinefarmsmn@gmail.com. Minimum group size is 8 and maximum is 10.
Wreath/Gnome Season Dates: November 8 - November 29
Porch Pot Season Dates: December 6 - December 14
In 2019 we completed renovating the original farmhouse on the property into a one-room classroom. With it’s soaring ceilings, expansive windows and repurposed décor, it’s a perfect place to learn a new skill. Get yourself in the Christmas frame-of-mind by joining us for a workshop experience. The rustic setting, balsam bough fragrance and quiet holiday melodies will jump start your Christmas spirit.
2025 Christmas Workshop Details.
Something to keep in mind . . . Your registration covers one participant. (We don’t have space or supplies for multiple participants per registration.)
Cancellations: Workshops must be paid for in advance and refunds are not available. If you must cancel, we ask that you let us know 24 hours in advance if possible.
Included in the workshops are all the materials you will need, light beverages and snacks, and of course a little Christmas Magic too. Below each picture you’ll find a description of the workshop.
Wreath Workshops.
Create a beautiful wreath/snowflake for your Christmas celebrations.
This workshop runs approximately 2+ hours during which you will trim balsam and white pine boughs, assemble them into a 24-inch wreath/snowflake and decorate it to your personal taste. We have samples of decorated wreaths you can use as inspiration for your own design and all the tools and embellishments (pinecones, berries, ribbon, ornaments etc.) you will need.
An 18-inch wreath form is also available if desired.
Light snacks and beverages will be available for your enjoyment.
The fee for the workshop is $50 per person, must be paid in advance, and is non-refundable.
Hanging Gnome Design.
Your guests will be delighted by this whimsical Christmas Gnome. This new design can be hung on your door or other flat surfaces!
This workshop runs approximately 2 hours during which you will assemble pine boughs and then decorate your gnome with a red hat, red mittens and sweet little nosel Finished Gnome will be appoximately 20-24 inches.
Light snacks and beverages will be available for your enjoyment.
The fee for the workshop is $50 per person, must be paid in advance, and is non-refundable.
Porch Pot Workshops - New Design.
Welcome your guests to your home with a stunning pine and fir filled arrangement at your front door.
This workshop runs approximately 1-2 hours during which you will assemble spruce tips, balsam, white pine, and white cedar into a vibrant arrangement. Finished porch pots will stand a little over two feet tall and include a variety of embellishments.
Light snacks and beverages will be available for your enjoyment.
The fee for the workshop is $65 per person, must be paid in advance, and is non-refundable.
